These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and i8fan ("i8fan", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the i8fan website located at https://i8fan.cam and all associated services, products, software and features available through that domain.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including cash balance and any applicable bonus balance where separately designated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive granted by i8fan subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.
• "Platform" means the i8fan website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible via https://i8fan.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency denomination used for account balances where the player's account is denominated in PKR.

To register and maintain an account on i8fan, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent or close family member of an employee of i8fan or any of its affiliated technology or service providers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed or voided by i8fan for breach of these Terms or any prior version thereof.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

i8fan reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of digital wallet, bank statement header).
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. i8fan reserves the right to limit account functionality — including suspension of deposits, betting and withdrawals — until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are identified, i8fan may close all associated accounts, cancel pending bets and withhold balances pending investigation. Any balances remaining in duplicate accounts following investigation may be forfeited.

Access to the Platform is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree that you will at all times:

• Use your account exclusively for your own personal use and not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify i8fan immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.
• Not attempt to access areas of the Platform that you are not authorised to access.
• Not use automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not intended for ordinary human users.
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with or damages the Platform or the experience of other users.

i8fan is not liable for any loss you suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All deposits made to your i8fan account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. i8fan does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. These limits may change without prior notice and may be subject to additional restrictions during promotional periods.

Deposits are for the purpose of funding betting and gaming activity on the Platform. i8fan does not act as a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits should not be made in excess of what you intend to use for wagering.

i8fan reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that originates from a flagged or restricted source, or that is associated with suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering requirements.
• Any active bonus funds or winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.
• i8fan reserves the right to apply a standard processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, in addition to any processing time applied by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.

i8fan may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced source-of-funds evidence for large withdrawal amounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled, though the funds will remain in your account balance.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms, i8fan reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with Clause 10 (Prohibited Conduct) and Clause 11 (Suspension & Closure).

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by i8fan are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. Those specific terms form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with this clause.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available only to registered, verified players whose accounts are in good standing.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.
• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games and minimum odds restrictions apply to specific promotions as stated in the individual offer terms.
• i8fan reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

All bets placed on i8fan are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, competition or game type, which are published within the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number is issued by the Platform. Until confirmation is received, a bet should not be considered placed.
• i8fan reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by a technical error, incorrect odds publication or data feed failure, and will refund the stake to the player's account in such cases.
• Maximum stake limits apply per selection and per event. These limits may differ between sports, markets and account tiers.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published within the Platform. References to cricket competitions are for sports context only; i8fan is not affiliated with or endorsed by any cricketing body, including PCB, PSL or ICC.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection reliability and market availability. i8fan is not liable for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity issues on the user's side.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, i8fan's decision, made after review of available event data, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using accounts registered in another person's name.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise access the source code or underlying architecture of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, access account features or scrape data from the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting using exploited errors, or any other practice that i8fan reasonably determines to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing members of the i8fan support team or other users of the Platform.

i8fan cooperates with relevant authorities in relation to suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud, and may report suspicious account behaviour without prior notice to the account holder.

i8fan reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal or money laundering purposes.
• The account holder is located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.
• A regulatory, legal or compliance obligation requires the account to be restricted or closed.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a self-exclusion or responsible gambling request is the reason for closure, please refer to our Responsible Gambling policy for the applicable process and timelines.

Where an account is closed by i8fan due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited following investigation and notification to the account holder. Where no breach is confirmed, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the withdrawal method on file, subject to KYC completion.

i8fan is committed to responsible gambling practices. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using the Platform.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i8fan's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

i8fan shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data transmission errors or third-party system failures outside i8fan's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform due to connectivity issues on the user's side.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the i8fan Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of i8fan or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any i8fan trademarks, logos or brand assets without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or service.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

i8fan reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice — by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and where practicable by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. i8fan recommends checking this page whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
